What Started It All
When my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer, I asked him what he wanted to do with his time. Together, we built a vision that became Islands Against Cancer.
He noticed so many elderly patients sitting alone in treatment, lost in a digital world they didn’t understand. We decided to help them.
Today, we provide iPads, transcription devices, and books at no cost — and most of all, we give patients back hope, dignity, and support.
This is his legacy, and it’s why we exist.
